不得不说，网飞出品的纪录片一直都很不错。人物传记类的纪录片《解码比尔盖茨》，以及自然探索类的纪录片《Our Planet》，口碑都非常好。
而这部属于"解密"系列的新作，也保持一如既往的高水平，既有科学研究的理论成果作为支撑，还以通俗易懂的方式呈现出来。
对观众而言，是一部值得一看的纪录片，对创作者而言，也有很多值得学习的地方。
Part 0 - 剧集背景介绍
《头脑解密》是由Netflix 2019年推出的科普类纪录片，因为备受好评，所以在2021年又推出了第二季。
剧集两季共10集
E01Memory
1大脑活动是多个功能（生理）的组合。
2记忆运动员不是更聪明，而是更善于记忆，抑或他们有一套自创的记忆系统。
3能背下圆周率的人只有20多个，大部分出演哈姆雷特的话剧演员都能背下台词，词汇数量比圆周率位数更多。字符一旦被赋予情境便不一样了。
4艾玛斯通声音好听。演示文稿做的很赞。
5既然记忆会改变，不再笃定自己的记忆都是对的了。
Memory: Our brain weaves our memories of the past and dreams of the future to create our sense of self.
Confidence in even false memories can be boosted by confirming or at least repeating them.
Memories are not high-fidelity records we store away but more like live performance that is taking place in the moment.
